ABCT, Inc. can provide assistance from a venture’s concept, planning and infancy through implementation, financing and beyond including helping to establish partnership or LLC, capital acquisition, and ongoing management.  ABCT, Inc. has a full-time staff of 75, including the following key staff and support departments:

Administration – ABCT, Inc. has helped establish the startup of numerous medical and dental joint ventures by providing financing, capitalization, equipment acquisition, recruiting, management systems, billing & business systems and the management of ongoing operations.

Accounting – Including full-cycle accounting, A/P, A/R, payroll, general ledger, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements along with federal & state tax filing.

Third Party Medical and Dental Claims Administration – ABCT, inc. staff provide TPA services including, but not limited to medical and dental claims processing, adjudication and payment.  Clients may submit claims via electronic submission and/or manual submission processes.

Professional Billing Services – ABCT, Inc. staff provide billing services to clients.  This process includes assisting with staffing and recruitment, provide training for scheduling, registration, billing, 3rd party contracting and payment scheduling terms, insurance billing, electronic and paper claims and reimbursement efficiency.

Information Systems – Through our affiliate company, Information Technology Support Services, LLC, ABCT, Inc. can provide network support to multiple server systems including but not limited to email, anti-virus, back-up and production file servers.  We also provide billing networks at multiple sites for Primary Care networks, an IPA of 115 primary care providers and we run active directory network.  We are currently partnering in the development of and will house, deploy and support EMR and PACS products.  With its soon to be completed storage area network, ABCT will be in position to offer a cost effective record imaging, storage and delivery alternative to warehousing paper records for the medical, financial and legal industries.
