ABCT, Inc. was established over twenty-five years ago as a medical management company.  Originally, it was to help make high-tech expensive medical equipment more locally available, and help doctors, hospitals and dentists sustain state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment alternatives to better serve their patients.... locally.  Thanks to your support and participation,

ABCT, Inc. has continued to expand these services, so it now includes several divisions:

• Management Services for Managed & Medical Care:  ABCT has helped form and staff successful medical managed care joint ventures which involve physicians, dentists and in some cases hospitals.  Most recently we have been involved in administrative programs involving the Oregon Health Plan, joint ventures between IPA's and PHO's, and managed medical negotiations.  We provide administrative services for medical contracts to DCIPA serving 14,000 Oregon Health Plan patients in Douglas County. 


• Accounting and Administrative Facility Services:  ABCT has helped establish Grants Pass Surgery Center, Guam Surgery Center and Rush Surgery Center and provides Administrative Services to the Guam Surgicenter.


• Diagnostic Imaging: with two mobile MRIs serving eight hospitals and communities.


• Medical Professional Billing and Collections
• Therapeutic Services: with a new transportable Storz ESWL, the newest generation transportable Lithotripter, plus two mobile Candela Laser Lithotripters and surgical lasers including two new Holmium, and Neodymium Yag Lasers.  These devices are useful for selected surgical applications, including providing urologists access to the new generation TransUrethral Microwave Thermotherapy microwave system for treating BPH, abbreviated TUMT and the Indigo laser as two new machines to treat BPH so the patient goes home the same-day alternative, to the TURP.
