ABCT, Inc. is based in Roseburg and has evolved into the largest medical services management company in Oregon, and currently provides the staffing, supervision, accounting and administrative support for 17 joint ventures.

The original partnership, ABCT Mobile Scanner, was formed in 1980.  We acquired and implemented shared, G.E. mobile fast CT (computerized tomography) for the Douglas Community Hospital located in Roseburg, OR starting July 4, 1980.  The decision to form ABCT, Inc. as a management company and to pursue establishing an additional medical joint venture as MRI Imaging Services, Ltd was made with the decision to file the Articles of Organization in 1985, Thus, ABCT, Inc. has over 25+ years of experience in the development and expansion of medical services joint ventures, including shared mobile medical equipment, professional medical facilities and related properties.  ABCT, Inc. can provide assistance from a venture’s concept, planning and infancy through implementation, financing and beyond including helping to establish a partnership or LLC, capital acquisition, and ongoing management.

It is noteworthy that over the past 25 years, ABCT, Inc. has been involved in more than 50 joint ventures, and that all have been successful.  The seventeen facilities and entities shown below are currently being provided management services through ABCT, Inc.
